We did it!

Hello to all in our school community,

As Term 3 comes to an end, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the unwavering support you have shown me since I took on the role of Acting Principal of our wonderful school. My heart is full of gratitude to you all! We have all shown incredible adaptability and resilience as we have navigated the demands and challenges of a COVID environment along with many changes to how we function and operate. I can stand back and say with a hand on my heart that through coming together as a united community, ‘We Did It!’ This was truly a team effort – our wonderful, inspiring students, our amazing, dedicated teachers and Erasmus staff members and our supportive and caring parents and school community members. THANK YOU!

I now pass the baton, so to speak, to our new Principal, Mr Adam Somes. I am confident that under Adam’s guidance, we will continue to provide rich and engaging, well-rounded learning experiences to our students, knowing that education is about wonder and curiosity, along with the development of vital social and emotional capabilities needed to experience growth and success. Our light will continue to shine!

Have a safe, happy and peaceful break.

The news from the snow is “Best Camp Ever!”. The Year 6s are having an amazing time, and the teachers have been so impressed with how they have navigated their time at Mt Hotham. This is usually a favourite, and much looked forward to camp for our students. What stunning weather they are having!
