Cross Country Carnival

Laughter, determination, perseverance, singing, chanting, cheering, supporting – all sprinkled with glorious sunshine. All these things were alive and in force at our Cross Country Carnival on Tuesday. The students all showed their competitive spirits as they ran their hearts out around the circuit. In true Erasmus spirit, the students encouraged and cheered each other on to achieve their personal best. Congratulations to McKillop who successfully secured the trophy for 2022, Phillip was awarded the Tidy House Award and McKillop Best House Spirit Award. Congratulations to all of our students who participated and dug deep to complete the circuit.

Special thanks to Mrs Ramsay for her organisation of such a successful event, all parent helpers and those there to support the students and to all the staff who assisted throughout the day.

We continue our discussions on Kindness with the students – such an important aspect of our human condition. Year 4 students have placed kindness posters around the school as active reminders of being kind and fair. Perhaps you could ask your child/children why kindness is so important.
