Artist of the Week

This term, the junior students have been learning how to use and make objects from clay. Using fig leaves, students imprinted them onto their piece of clay and cut carefully around it.

We used underglazes to paint the clay which was then fired again in the school kiln. One of our Prep students has has added beautiful details with the underglaze.

The students have found the whole process very enjoyable!
