2020 House Swimming Carnival

What a fabulous House Swimming Carnival it was yesterday (03/03/20) at the Ashburton Pool. All students put in an outstanding effort to persevere and challenge themselves to swim a range of distances, a variety of strokes or for some, just to get into the water. It was lovely to see students supporting each other and the new chants written by our Year 6 students were well received. A highlight of the carnival was the House Captain Challenge, code for let’s get the teachers as wet as possible. At the end of the morning, there were chattering teeth, shivering bodies and magnificent smiles. Oh, and by the way, Paterson were victors on 619 points and were awarded the Team Spirit points.
