Always was, always will be

Year 4 students have been delving into Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and applied descriptive writing techniques to create acrostic poetry. This week is NAIDOC Week, a time to acknowledge Australia’s true history and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and history. ‘Always Was, Always Will Be’ is the 2020 theme, recognising that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years.
