2023 Swimming Carnival

What a fabulous House Swimming Carnival it was last Friday at Aqualink Box Hill. All students put in an outstanding effort to persevere and challenge themselves to swim a range of distances, a variety of strokes or, for some, just to get into the water. A big thank you to Ms Ramsay, who facilitated another fantastic event, and to Ms Calamatta, Mr D and Kavita, who braved the cold water to help with the 15 metre races.

It was lovely to see students supporting each other with cheering and chants. A highlight of the carnival was the House Captain Challenge, code for let’s get the teachers as wet as possible.

Thank you to those parents who were able to attend. It is always a thrill for students to have their parents and an audience at these events. Well done to all students on a fantastic effort and to Paterson students in particular, who took home the trophy this year, also winning the tidy house points and house spirit points!
